Pool accessories guide

Identify the pool-net component before requesting a replacement

Start with the existing system and the exact component you need. A clear identification brief helps Springlok assess the enquiry without assuming that similar-looking accessories are interchangeable.

  1. Catalogue pool hooks and plates shown loose beside a pool net
    Part and installed connection
    01

    Show the complete connection

Photograph the loose part and the installed connection. Include the anchor, hook or adjacent fitting to show how the system connects.

Details to include in your enquiry

Photograph the component on its own and in its installed position. Include the surrounding connection, such as the relevant anchor, hook or attachment point, so the relationship between parts is visible. Add the system brand, component reference or original documentation if available.

A ruler beside the removed component can provide scale, but a photograph is not a substitute for accurate measurements. Identify which dimensions you have measured and which are estimates.

  2. Springlok glass-filled nylon insert-anchor product reference
Identify the fitting before selecting a replacement
    02

Describe what needs to be confirmed

Explain whether you need a replacement or a new fitting. Describe damage or fit concerns and ask for compatibility to be checked.

Details to include in your enquiry

State whether the enquiry concerns a replacement, an additional component or a new system requirement. Explain any visible damage, corrosion or fit issue without treating a replacement part as proof that the complete system is suitable.

Pool-net accessories operate as part of a wider safety system. Compatibility and the condition of that system need appropriate assessment by its supplier or installer. A catalogue listing alone does not certify an installation.

    • Existing system and component references.
    • Clear front, side and installed photographs.
    • Relevant dimensions and mating-part details.
    • Quantity required and delivery destination.
    • Any drawings or instructions supplied with the system.
  3. Springlok pool accessory catalogue cover for recording the identified part
Record the confirmed product and system
    03

    Keep the enquiry traceable

Keep the confirmed part description, system details and quotation together so future requests can refer to the agreed component.

Details to include in your enquiry

Use the selected product’s quote notes to attach the identification details and ask any remaining compatibility questions. Retain the confirmed part description with the project records so future requests refer to the same component.

Springlok’s pool accessory division sits alongside industrial fasteners and retail display solutions, allowing related component requirements to be considered within one enquiry.
